super c tire size

My brother acquired a Super C that is a single front wheel. The rear tires are in excellent shape but the front tire is weather checked bad and has cords showing all around it. It is so bad that you can't read anything on the side of the tire. I need to find out what size tire goes on the front. Thanks

I looked at one the other day , and it had a 9.00 X 10 , one next to it had a 11.00 X 10...These things are over $200 !! If I get it , , I'm looking at used Airplane tires ...Waaayy cheaper....

The wheel with two halves takes a 7.5x10, the more common one piece wheel takes 6x12.
