Parking stands to keep fast hitch points level

Anybody have any photos or good ideas for making parking stands for fast hitch implements so the prongs stay horizontal for eazy hookup.

For sure. THe best are solid concrete blocks stacked such that (for instance) the gauge wheel on the plow is supported without getting off and adjusting it.
On other devices a similar approach works. A rotary (Bush Hog) mower is in this category. a sickle mower might take two supports. a tool bar cultivator or planter, only one, though I would put several 2"X8"X16" flats for the shoes, or sweeps to sit on. Jim

I always had a couple 2X6s a foot long or so. Height not important as long as the point is off the ground a little bit, the fast hitch will go down & get it.

Some implements originally had parking legs. Check the parts catalog to see if you are reinventing the wheel.

Weld or bolt a piece of pipe to the implement and run a smaller piece inside it, drill a hole for a snap pin and when you are using the equipment you turn the stand upside down and pin it.

I think 504 is thinking like what I need, this stuff is old two point hitch for my 240 utility and it sure would be nice to back up to level prongs. If you can't it not really "fast" hitch.

Getting off to reset the standard is also inconvienient. I think a spring loaded "leg" could be made that would self store up and back would work. When parking, the hook used to lift the FH latches could be used to set it vertical. Jim
