H Cylinder Bore

I'm going to have to replace one sleeve on my '44 H and I see sizes indicating overbore. What is the standard bore for an H? Also, is the bore measurement taken of the cylinder with the sleeve removed or is it the bore within the sleeve. I know these probably sound like stupid questions, but this is my first tractor. I've got a lot of learning to do. Thanks.

Normally the bore size is referring to the inside dia of the bore with sleeve installed. Standard from factory was 3 3/8th and over bore is the thin wall version of the sleeve and is 3 7/16th which is what is available today. The original sleeve was about 1/8th inch thick and the thin wall is about 1/16th inch thick. I don't know the actual size of the block bore without a sleeve installed. Not sure it is even in the service manual, might be.
