were is pto plate on ih 300 utility ?

I just got a ih 300u ant the pto doesn't engage. I was told a sleeve pin probably came off . I haven't got a manual yet and can't wait to get busy.

There is a seasonal disconnect on the bottom of the tractor about in the middle that could be turned - I'd check that before doing anything else, assuming your tractor has a live PTO. If not then it won't have one.

There is three access plates. One is a T and one ie longer with what looks like a drain bolt and the other is a two bolt that appears to go to clutch and fly wheel. And will I need to drain any fluids from this area. The one long plate looks to be jerry rigged with lots of seal maker. Thanks in advance.

Well I just pulled covers off and the large fly wheel has big chuncks missing out of it and if it was suppose to have a bolt or screw it didn't. It was wobling loss and wasn't touching the small drive gear. When I wigled it in it locked in pto but I'm concerned about the missing teeth and falling back out. What would be the best way to replase this gear?
