magneto for Farmall A

I have a coil ignition in my Farmall A and i want to put in a magneto. Will a H4 mag fit it? Someone told me that there is another magneto that should fit it too?? Are there 2 types that can fit it?? Any comments or ideas?? Thanks

An International H4 is the correct magneto that the factory would have installed. There are Fairbanks Mores, Wico and Bosch mags that will fit as well.

An International H4 magneto would have been original equipment on a Farmall A.
