ih 300u hydra touch control valve?

anyone out there ever update thier tractor with newer style control valves and eliminate the hydra touch on their tractors.

What do you mean by "newer style?"

There are some newer tractors that use the same valve design as your 300, but they're exactly the same as what you have now. No other valves will fit in place of your stock valves.

I suppose you could tear all the factory stuff off, hang a hydraulic tank on the tractor somewhere, mount up some log splitter style valves, and run a bunch of hoses... but WHY?

What purpose would these "newer style" valves serve?
