400 Ignition Timing

What should the timing be set at? There appears to be 4 notches on the front pulley, but none of them are marked. I have a repair manual and an owners manual, but can't find them right now after a recent move. ANY help is appreciated!

the marks ought to be, O top dead center , 16 for Lp,
25 for gasoline , and 30 for distillate , which ever head you have and which ever fuel you have . the timing is set at 1600 rpm.
