Hi all, I'm putting a new wiring harness on a 1950 W-6, the wire for the front lights goes some kind of bracket where the light wires go to each one. It's mounted on the raditator housing. Mine is missing, I need to make something non-conductive for this, masonite maybe? Thanks, Bob

The light is attached to a pipe which is attached to a flange that bolts to the rad shroud. The wire goes through the center of the pipe from inside the shroud. The pipe and bracket provide the ground path for the light to work. I do not understand what insulation is needed. Jim

There is a single wire that goes to the lights, it ends up at a "junction block" (term in parts book) then the wires from the lights connect to it. This part has to be non-conductive to carry the current to the lights without going to ground where it is fastened. I was wondering what material I could use to make this.
Thanks

You should be able to buy a terminal strip at good electrical supply or Radio Shack, but if you are going to make one I would use bakelite or nylon. You can find the material at McMaster-Carr.
