jd 4630 mw earthmaster

Theres a video out there of a guy plowing with a JD
4630 and a M&W earthmaster. Im not sure of how many
shanks it has or how deep its running but I wouldnt
have even thought that would be possible. What do
you guys think, could a 1586 pull one of those
things, that have about 30 more horse than a 4630, I
know a guy with a 4630 and he couldnt even pull an
18' multi-tool with it at the correct depth.

I don't know about the Earthmaster and how many shanks a 4630 can pull, but a good friend that I have worked for in the past has a 46[b:547ca3de3b]4[/b:547ca3de3b]0 that he bought new in '78 or '79 and he pulled a 8x18" plow and 25 1/2' Krause Flex-Wing disk. I spent many hours in that tractor back when I had time to help him disk wheat stubble. He still has it and it, it's been overhauled one time and still does a lot of work on his farm. He now plows and disks mainly with a NH 4x4, but the old JD still works on a regular basis.
