Farmall M Wire Harness Specs

Does anyone have the specs for a Farmall M (with distributer) wiring harness? I need wire lengths, gage, color, wire numbers, etc.. I have plenty of wire and want to make a new wiring harness for my M but the old one is someones redneck hack job so I dont really have anything to go off of. Thanks

The owners manual has a color diagram. The wires should be of 2 sizes 10 gauge for Starter switch to amp gauge, 10 gauge from amp gauge to Regulator (or cutout) 10 gauge from Regulator (or cutout) Arm to Gen Arm terminals, 10Ga from the L terminal on the Regulator to the light switch if it has a 4 pole regulator. All other wires are 12 gauge to maximize life and current capacity. (some originally were 14 ga, but I believe in heavier wire) Jim
