Farmall 560 Tune up parts?

Just picked up a Farmall 560 with the gas engine. want to tune it up. Called the local NAPA and they say they show no listing for it.Who carries points, plugs, and cap? Thanks
 
Find a different NAPA dealer, or check with your local CaseIH dealer.

I went to a NAPA looking for hub seals for 3500lb trailer axles. There are only like, a billion of these out there on the road, and they're all the same. He took one look at the seal and said "Nope, don't have it." Went to the next NAPA down the road and bought four.
 
I can't believe NAPA doesn't have a listing for a 560 - I buy points, condensers and oil filters all the time for my Farmalls there.
 
Find a different parts person or a different NAPA store. They can get them, just don't know how to find the parts listing or to lazy to check. Tractor people are a low priority at a lot of stores. You probably want Echlin points CS1600, condenser IH200, cap IH352, or rotor IH300. But double check on the numbers.
 
Tell 'em you want parts for an International Harvester 560.

Think that's how they are listed in the parts books at the parts houses.

Very true. And around here the NAPA stores are in towns of 10,000 people or more. The help is not hired for their ability on farm equipment but how quick they can recognize a caliper off a late car or truck for example. Just the way it is and might just as well get used to it.
