282 valve seals

i got a victor head gasket set it had 18 valve seals in it 12 looked a little bigger 6 a little smaller when i took the engine apart it only had them on the intake just wondering if the exhaust needs them the kit does cover several engines also if i wanted to add a turbo would it make a difference if they were seals on both valves

not really nessesary on the exhuast valves but they are usually installed anyhow. the intakes are the ones that would suck oil into the cyl.

Just went thru this.

With the engine off, residual oil will follow that exhaust valve stem right back into the combustion chamber.

Put 'em on.
