IH Fast Hitch Points

I understand that a cub and 140 fast hitch will accept the same points. However, will these same points work with a IH 450,,Thanks

The smaller points need a 1/2" thick spacer running the length of the point that is in the hitch socket. You can slide them in or weld them on to the point. IH even made and sold them. The bars in the parts book have a "T" head to keep them from sliding forward. You will probably see a picture at the CaseIH online parts book.

If I remember correctly, the set we used on our 240 Row Crop had been drilled, and a split or roll-pin pressed in to make the "t".

There are two sizes of points.

Small points fit the Super C, 200, 230, and possibly 240.
Large points fit all the 1-point fast hitches, plus all the larger tractors.

Both points are the same width and have the same dimensions for the notch and everything. The only difference is 1/2" or 3/4" of height.

Agri Supply still shows the large points available on their website.

I am still looking for an affordable source of the small points, as I need a pair to make a drawbar for a Super C.
