I know it is go to be @18 degrees BTDC but not sure if I read the 18BTDC off fly wheel then line up timing marks inside the pump cover or What manual is very poor on this subject. Where do you read the flywheel the little side cover has no pointer underneath?? Thank for any help you folks can give me.

The '86 series tractors had the timing marks moved to the front pulley.

If the timing is not close the pulley may have slipped on the hub. Replacement pulleys have match marks on them to see if they have moved.

Thanks Owen,
We found the marks on the pulley and found the pump out of time. She is running now it"s on to the TA.
