need a remedy for fixing the lines that run under the seat...they are badly rusted and I would like to convert them to hoses. I'm sure some out there have done it and was hoping to learn from others some do's and don'ts want to only have to do this job once ..it was'nt fun getting these things out

If you have a place like Colliflower they can make you new hoses. You can even use double braided if you have very high pressure. They would need the old lines to know which swivel nuts and fittings like JIC fittings to get the correct hookup. I think they would withstand the vibration too. I made these hoses for my garden tractor using JIC fittings and swivel nuts. They're reuseable swivel nuts and fittings. You need a vise when making these.
Colliflower would probably use crimp on swivel nuts using a hydraulic press. Hal

Our dealer had compression ends to fit on the cut off ends of the original pipes & then went hoses to the cylinder.
We cut the pipes off up by the gearshift area & tightened the fittings on. Never had any problems. Don't remember any part numbers for the compression fittings.
