F14 6.60mph gear set

I have run across a 1939 F14 with the "K" gear set that is 6.60 mph 3rd gear. Anyone have any info about these like how many were built or what years?

I lucked out my F12,the first tractor I restored has the same gears,its a 1937

I've talked with a guy that has tractors with every gear set they offered. I've been searching for the 6 mph set. He says they're out there
Is this a complete tractor you found? Are you planning on keeping it?

Lucky you. I had one once. But lately all I find are F codes.

This post got me thinking so I went out in the yard and looked at my 37 f12 and it has the "K" code with 40" rears have to look at the others i seem to recall a "X" code on one but not sure

Yeah, I think it makes it one to grab and restore for the collection. It is a gas tractor and also has the 40" cast and a generator bracket with double groove pulley but no elec. start stuff. So if I put an overdrive on it she ought to crack 10mph! That means I could do the mackinaw bridge tour with her right? down side is that it has a cracked block...anybody have any idea what it adds to the value?? Thanks for all the replies
