Anyone have International 444 manuals in pdf format?

Hope its ok to post this here. Moderators please delete if this breaks forum rules.

I am working on a US made International 444 gas tractor for a local private school. The tractor was found in the barn when the school bought the land for its new campus. The gas in the tank was rotten and both front tires had been stolen - front end was sitting on blocks. No one seems to know anything about the tractor's history (last time it ran, what is wrong with it etc).

Anyway, we have put front tires on it and have determined that the motor will turn over. The starter works. It appears to have compression. I am now cleaning the carburetor and replacing all of the tune up parts.

We are looking for the service manual, parts manual, operators manual, I&T manual - any manual - in pdf format.

If you have anything for the 444 tractor in pdf format, I have the following manuals that I could email to you in a trade:

John Deere 1000 series tractors sm-2033
John Deere 2000 series crawlers
Lull 644 844 1044 telehandler service manual
Lull 644 parts manual
Lull 644 844 operators manual
Mustang 960 skid steer parts
Mustang 940 skid steer parts

I know I can go to the manual section on this site and purchase the manual, but since the tractor is not mine, I thought I'd try this route first. Thank you for any assistance! J. Stewart

Alright, I guess no takers! I was able to score the I & T manual off of ebay and I am scanning it now and I can email it to whomever wants it. This manual covers the International Harvester B-275, B-414, 424, 444, 2424 and 2444 models. 70 pages. Manual No. IH-30. Let me know! J. Stewart

Yeah, I don't see a lot of manual exchanging going on on this site.

Dunno if people are respecting the copyrights or they just don't know how to scan them in... or maybe nobody here owns a 444.

We are respecting the copyrights, and yes, those manuals ARE copyrighted. Even the manuals for the pre-'39 tractors are copyrighted.

I noticed that you said you have the service manual for the Mustang 940 Skid Steer. Would you mind emailing me a copy of it? I have the parts manual but need the service manual. I'd really appreciate it.

You do realize that this thread was started in 2011, TWO YEARS AGO, right?

Also, these manuals are copyrighted and it's not legal to scan them in or send copies to other people. Respect the copyright, respect the law, and spend the $20 to get a paper copy from an authorized reprinter of manuals, like this site or binderbooksDOTcom.

I do realize that. Doesn't hurt to ask though. And if he doesn't mind giving me a copy, that's up to him. Thank you.
