Farmall 350 Diesel No Fuel?

I just brought home a Farmall 350 Diesel. It has sat outside for 7 years never started, earlier post. Well it's in the shop now and I can't get any fuel at the injectors. I have fuel in the tank, drained the separator to clean fuel, bled the filters and have clean fuel flowing freely at the pump inlet. I cracked the injector lines at the injectors and cranked the motor and get no fuel. Also no white smoke when lines are tight. The shut down lever moves freely as does the throttle. This IH motor has a Rosa Master pump. Any ideas? Thanks PK.

Something in the injector pump may be gummed up and stuck. Another thing, the 350 diesel engine was not made by IH, it is a Continental engine.

Yes I've been poking around and found that out. I understand parts are hard to find. I think you are right, it does acts like the shut down is not opening. I have several Rosa Master equiped motors and haven't ran into this problem yet. What fun!
