Does a cub lo boy, yellow version, use the same ignition parts as
an H?

If they both use a battery ignition, the parts are the same. They used different mags.

The battery ignition distributor is physically the same, with different internal springs and advance limits. The Cub engine does not like the advance curve of an H, not vice versa. Jim

The advance curve is different but the usual tune-up parts are the same as long as both have battery ignition.
