I was looking at a 1950 farmall super A tractor. it appears to be in good condition. it also has a mower
deck under the tractor.
what would it be worth,ball park figure.

If the tires are usable (not cracked badly and with tread) and engine is good, with a good mower, About 2300. If the tires are toast 1300. Jim

That sounds about right to me.

Here in the northeast at least, if it's painted "good enough" red you can add on a couple hundred dollars to those numbers, painted pretty red, a few hundred more

Then work down from there

Check for very sloppy steering: -$100

12 volt conversion - I consider that a negative, but many consider it a positive. I'd go -$100 for that.

Check the gas tank, make sure it's not rusted out, if in doubt -$100

Turn the lights on when starting it, if they dim way down while cranking, you could need a new battery -$100 (if the lights don't work at all - $100)

etc etc.
