Purchased new power adjust rims and new tires for my 504 utility. The holes in the rail where the rail stops go are farther apart than the origional rims, so the stops cannot be snugged up tight. Is there a fix for this or do I take the whole business back to the tire dealer?

If original equipment will not fit on a component purchased in good faith to be correct, it is their problem. If the stops will not tighten, what else is incorrect that will cause looseness or failure later (such that it becomes your fault!)
I would photo the component, and its wrongness clearly and take them to the dealer. They should come out and look at the issue and provide a satisfactory answer. Get the issue documented and have it fixed. Jim
