oil in anti-freez

Are you sure it is oil and if it is then when was the last time the cooling system was flushed out. Most any time the head is pulled off etc you get a little oil in the coolant plus over the years the water pump lube builds up and looks like oil but if not really engine oil

The oil passage to the valve gear on the head goes through the gasket. If leaking there it will put oil in the coolant.
Cracks in the block through an oil passage and into the water jacket can do it (less likely on that engine)
The sleeves are dry so it is not at all likely to be sleeves.
Combustion gasses getting into the coolant from a cracked head or bad head gasket will put what appears to be oil in the coolant. Jim

I am with Jim on this one. The cooling system is pressurized, so unlike the thermosyphon of the C-113 and F series, it would be a really dramatic block failure to get full pressure oil supply into the water jacket. I would NOT expect gravity return oil supply to go into the pressurized cooling system.

Head gasket leak in the combustion chamber seems more likely. However, anything is possible, just seems unlikely. I would be more expecting coolant in the oil if you had a water jacket failure.

IMHO.
