that's what i thought... whatz up with guys asking if I have big motor?

There was a comment posted stating that it looked like you had the big exhaust pipe, that is, a 2 1/2 inch pipe rather than the original 2 inch. The larger manifolds were used on the 706 and newer tractors, most of which had either a C291 or C301 engine.

I'll measure mine tomorrow.

Farmall 560, 75 HP. Dimensions & Notes: INLET LENGTH = 2 1/2" --- INLET I.D. = 2 3/8" --- SHELL LENGTH = 13" --- SHELL DIAMETER = 6" --- OUTLET O.D. = 2 1/2" --- OVERALL LENGTH = 29" --- OUTLET LENGTH = 14"
Replacement: IH: 350601R95, 370773R91, 403551R1 (Steel)

thanks, I understand now.

Yep that is what the block say's alwright , But who knows what ya got inside . IF you have the big pipe at one time maybe the org. manifold cracked or burnt through and was replaced with the bigger one off a later model or and aftermarket one. Heck ya may even have a 291 upgrade in it . I have done several in 560's over the years and done a bunch on 706's that had the C263 and needed a rebuild . That really spices them up .

i think the larger exhaust pipe could mean the engine was from a combine. one of my 656s has a larger pipe than the other 656s, and it will rev a lot higher too. another 263 that i bought has the bigger exhaust too, and i know that 263 came from a 403C combine.
