1953 Super M Serial # question

J Steele

New User
I have a 1953 Super M with the serial #F51339J. I found reference to the prefix letters but cant find anything explaining the J at the end. Is it just a J at the end? or does it have anything behind it being there?
thanks in advance

J means the brand name of the clutch is Rockford. Found on most tractors by 1953. Suffixes such as J tell you how the tractor is equipped.
