Broken axel revised

Now at least know what axel i need,any one have one or information leading to one.So far after many call none have turn up.
Need Rear AXEL for 560 international factory modified for forklift,part number is 369418R1 length is 31 inches and diameter is 2&3/4 inches.CALL if you have one. 319-472-4639

What are the dimensions of the std 560 International axle? p/n 363224R2
Could one of these be modified into what you need?
 
Sounds like a Harlo fork lift tractor. From picture in other post I think the cast wheels are not what came on the tractor. If the special axle they used can't be found a option may be to get the axle shaft from a cotton picker tractor that is converted back to forward operation. Same axle housing and think you would need the axle cap and a few other parts from cotton picker housing along with the axle. Wheels on the tractor now fit the cotton picker axle. Cast # from wheel would confirm that. Also the cottom picker axle would stick out a ways past the wheel. Could be cut off for the forklift.
 
FWIW, this is what a gear drive high-drum Cotton Picker axle looks like. No length given.

Yes it is a harlo forklift.
I'm hoping to find correct axel but a look at modifying a axel may be a option,going to make more calls tomorrow.
