504 Brush Hog

Just got a 504 with FH and want to get a mower for it. Saw this one on Craig's, it's a 50", guy says he'll throw in a new 3 pt. shaft. Would this be a good match for the 504? Too small? Other suggestions?

My guess would be the gearbox on a 50" mower would not be rated for a 45HP tractor. You could easily handle a 6' in any condition and a 7' in almost any.

I use a Rhino 172 behind my 504. Only when I hit dirt ridges while in 5 ft tall grass will it start barking. A 50" (4') mower will insult the tractor and be wasteful of fuel.
