Farmall C axle width

Did some Farmall C"s come with a wider axle length?or are they all the same?

No they had some wide ones.

100 inch (tread width) rear was optional, unless you really need it, it is in the way of about everything.

Yes we had a 100 incher C and it could knock into fence posts and door jams if you were not careful. We cut 6 inches off each side and was more tolerable. Still could set it at 80 inch middle tread width if needed.
