Carb problem on a B414 Holes

Well I have the carb soaking in cleaner and yesterday I pulled it out to look it over and clean it out some. That is when I found what I think is a very very big problem. Seems it has 3 small almost look like drilled holes in the float bowl area of the carb and of course if you where to fill it with gas the gas would leak out. To me this seems like it will be a problem and I need ideas of how to go about fixing this. To replace this carb #1 next to impossible to find and #2 if I do then the price tag is up in the $400 range or more.
Any body got some ideas for me. I am thinking about maybe coat the bottom with J-B weld
Thanks

If they are a diameter apart (not too close together) I would tap them for a machine screw, put jbweld on them screw them in and grind off the excess to flush when it hardens, inside and out.
Pretty easy, and permanent. Jim

These holes are very small as in maybe as big around as this (l) and also in thin aluminum zenith carb. So not sure if it could be tapped and then the problem also is grinding them off smooth on the inside so the float would not hit them and maybe work a hole in it

Use course (60 grit) paper and then alcohol to clean(inside) then apply a tiny swipe of gas tank sealer (an epoxy paste/stick material) to it from the inside, then smooth it on the outside, and inside Jim
