Ok, not ALL IH's are red & not all red tractors are IH. Now how'd that Sears farmall get in there? Lol!

90% of the photos courtesy of my girlfriend.

Must be nice to live in the heartland and see such a variety of iron plus some creativity.

Two weekends ago, we had a utility company newly leased dump truck, trailer, and backhoe lose its load on the interstate and killed a grandmother and severely injured her daughter and two grandkids. A supervisor was testing the rig.

It is certain that DOT enforcement will escalate. I won't be able to haul anything for the rest of the year. There's only a few of us in this area that have things that are above the run of the mill.

I got to see most of what you posted but the download was huge for a dial-up customer. Smaller pictures or fewer of them per post would be helpful. My ISP can't handle the overtime.

You missed teh MFWD 1206. That thing was nice!

That propane H was also really neat. I thought it was peculiar that the kit was made in Milwaukee. It seems most propane kits were from Texas.

My apologies, I was trying to change the thumbnail size in my account & must have inadvertantly changed something. Again. *sigh* I know, I should be embracing technology with my younger generation status. Horse ----! If it weren't for a few things (this forum, ebaY, meteorological instrumentation, music, Wikipedia & CaseIH parts & manuals) this laptop would be in the garbage & my girlfriend can have the new one. Well, maybe not such drastic measures with the old one. It's eight years old! I think that's about senoir citizen age in computer years & this machine rocks along for it's age.

If DOT enforcement is on the rise, fees will follow. >:v(

I'm curious as to what the super' was doing, in terms of testing, to cause such an unfortunate mishap.

I don't have the full story. Just TV news reports. I guess there was fishtailing involved. The entire rig went off the highway and the loose backhoe totally flattened the car. Surprised there were any survivors. The car had to be loaded on a truck with a crane. It looked like it had come out of a car crusher.

The dump truck was a brand new six-wheel Freightliner. The electric company is thinking there was something wrong with the truck.

It happened a week ago from last Friday on Mass Rt 128 (I-95). There should be internet info.

It's like running a gauntlet around here. There is no way I could get near DOT enforcement without being stopped. I am sure they would have a field day with me.

Illinois is a PITA around here. They enjoy making everybody have a class A to pull a gooseneck.

I love big pictures. Bring them on!

I knew you couldn't miss it at the show, I was just disappointed that you didn't post a pic.

The slammed "M" with a V-8 is interesting. I have seen a few Allis Chalmers on "Unofficial Allis Chalmers forum" but that was my 1st red one. Bet it will scoot!
