1953 Super W-6

Well I had my 9th IH tractor dropped off at home the other day. Its a 1953 Super W-6 with the channel frame, two flat tires, and pretty rough tin work. Not sure if motor is stuck or not as the guy i got it from got the hand crank wedged in the hole when he inloaded the first time at his place. The story was that it was in a barn and the motor had been rebuilt prior to being parked inside. Think being a super that it would be worth trying to fix up? Id rather trade it towards a w-9 or something else if anyone is interested.
