I have a Farmall Super "C" with a front blade. It lowers & raises from the rock-shaft. I beliece it is an IH blade. Can you tell me anything about it - model etc.?? I will try and post a picture.

Second attempt at posting a picture.

Gene, Model C-172 can be mounted under belly as grader or on front as you have it. I have pushed alot of snow with one on my SC. Binder books should have manual for it. oldiron29

I have a similar blade on my 1952 Super C. It is a model C-72. Very rugged and it angles.

You can view it on my website --- www.chaselinks.com

That's a nice looking blade! I have a very heavy duty homemade 7 1/2ft blade in front of my 1951 Super C. It has 4" beams with cross braces under the engine, mounts on the rear axles and lifts with the cult arms. Picts are posted in the photo gallery at left taken after pushing snow in 2002 or 2003 as high as the hood. (search: Loren)
Wish at times that I had a nice original factory blade, but I can't beat what I have when needing the job done!
