Is the exhaust and intake manifold on a Farmall 400 gas the same as the one on a super M gas? Is there any differances internally that would affect power or the way the carbrator hooks up? Thanks

I think there may have been some slight changes made for the SMTA in the interest of slightly more performance, but the changes are slight, and basically all of the manifolds from an M up through the 450 will interchange.

m thru 450 will interchange. every series got a little 'colder' m, superm, 400, 450. all different but all interchange with the 450 being the best one.
