300 hydraulic pump numbers

bad pump, my numbers are 05-10135, 1a1705, p-i, will a 05-10135, 9a16d4, p-2 fit? what do all the numbers mean? thanks, comes off a 55 300 utility
 
If the end plate bolt pattarns, and shaft drive/gears match the old one, it will work. There were several manufacturers contracted to make them, they differ other than attachment. The numbers are from the OEM, and would need to be researched. Cessna, and Pesco, are two names that were making pumps, I am not sure what you have. Jim
 
does it say somewhere on pump? it has a heart stamped on it. i guess you can't rebuild the pump? or so one of the parts distributors i talked with said. thanks, kevin
 
If the tip of gear to housing is more than .001 at any point, and there are wear tracks on the housing, it is operationally toast. If it is not scored, there may be a way to have it rebushed, but it would probably cost as much as a rebuilt, or New pump. Jim
 
as per the wear on the housing, is that inside the pump? we think we may have bent the new seal putting them in and perhaps thats making it go by now?
