M @ H question

I would like to find a better drawbar and swinging bar for my 1946 M. Would drawbars off of H's, 300's, and 400's be the same? Thanks Kent

First off anything from a Super M, 400, or 450 will work just fine. If I recall correctly most of the stuff from an H, SH, 300, 350 etc will fit but the earlier ones were not as heavily built. Sam

The U shape drawbar will fit the C through at least the 560. The swinging parts are not interchangeable between the H/SH/300/350 and the M/SM/SMTA/400/450.

According to my Steiner catolog the M swinging draw bar is 1/4" wider than the H same thickness and the 300,400, and supers are 1/4" thicker but they shoud all pretty much work

They will work, but they are not the same. At least the swinger from my H will work on my SMTA.

The hoops are different thicknesses as well, but I think they will all mix and match.
