706 3point sway/drawbar

I loaned my 706 to a friend and picked it up last night with a post hole digger on three point. I raised the three point and heard a pop! It broke the casting for the anti sway on the three point. The casting is bolted to the tractor and helps hold the draw bar on.
What would of caused this? What is correct name so I can find replacement? Can it be welded? I think its cast.

The post hole digger must be the wrong width for the way your adjustment for sway is set on your 3PT.

When the 3pt is unhooked from the implement grab both arms and see how far they come together at with the arms at the top of the stroke.
