I had posted on my issues of having no pressure in the lube circuit or sensor port. I have 200 PSI in the bottom port. The PSI did not change when I shift the T/A. Today I plugged the line just before the brake valve and tested my pressures again. I have 200 PSI in the bottom, and 20 in the lube circuit. The PSI drops just a little for a second now when I shift the T/A but returns to 200 PSI.
I believe this is indicating I am loosing to much oil thru the brake circuit? Some have talked about a orfice in the line. When i removed the line from the brake valve I see nothing but the fitting? Is this orfice built into the fitting or is it a seperate piece. I had stated that I replaced the brake valve with what the salvage yard told me was from a 766.
I hear no more noises coming from the MCV when tractor is running with the brake line plugged?
I think I have found the problem, I did not drive it because of not having the brakes. Do I just ask the parts counter guys for a brake orfice?
Thanks to all for your responses and Help.
