F 20 brake levers

I am looking at my 1935 F 20 and I am wondering if both brake levers are to be the same height? The one is about 2 inches shorter. Has someone replaced one or is that how they are?

I have had my F-20 for forty years. It has a pedal for the right brake. I think some body at some time put it on. From old pictures I found the left lever is longer than the right. If wasn't so late I would go to the shop and look in the new service manual i just got.

The left one was standard equipment the right one was optional or added later, the ones on my 37 were different and the right one was bent, possibly to clear a corn picker or some other attachment.

I have both brake levers as well, and they are different lengths. 36F30 is correct, the right hand brake level was an option, and is different from the left side.

The F-20 and F-30 brake levers are different lengths. Perhaps someone added a F-30 lever.

I believe that the left brake lever could be "set" in a locked position, whereas the right one was an "apply-only" lever, and then released.

The right hand brake has a lock exactly like the left hand brake. They are a different length and also (at least mine) are slight different shape on the cast knob on the end.
