1952 mccormick farmall super w6 oil filter

ok i might sound stupid but i have checked and still cant find anything on what oil filter this thing takes. it is a super w6 gas motor does anyone know what it takes?

where have you tryed to get one? no problem at all at any napa, bumper to bumper or the dealer. i would give you the # but dont have it at the moment. you dont have to know the # anyhow cause thats the partsmans job. if you really need the # phone napa and get it.

The engine is the same as used in a Farmall M, Super M. The oil filter is the same also. The very early M, W6, W9 used a larger oil filter.

well i am a car mechanic and i did a little research on it and called a couple of my connections and finally found what it takes. guess its true the more friends you have the better off you are
