I have a Farmall M govenor that needs to be rebilt. Where would be a good place to have it restored and tweeked a little. Thank you.

The new parts, if still available, will cost nearly what the tractor is worth.
 
The two main important parts in that governor are the weights and pins and thrust bearing. I can't fix a thrust bearing if it is loose or rough but have fixed many weights and pins. I drill them out to a size that a roll pin will fit tight in the carrier and free in the weights. If holes are worn very egg shaped you have to drill very careful to try to keep hole centered. Last governor I put a kit in cost over 400 dollars and that was over twenty years ago.
