656 hydro woint move

I have a 656 hydro that worked fine one day, went to get it out 2 days later and the hyd was dead. Loader wouldn't work, no steering, no hydro, the 3 pt would raise very slow untill i stood on it then it wouldn't do any thing. Any ideas welcome.

I had that same problem a couple of winters ago.

Had jump started the tractor 'cause it was super cold out that day. Inadvertantly shorted out the jumper cable against the hydro oil filter which immediately burnt a tiny hole in the inboard side of the filter which I couldn't see.

None of the pumps could work because they were sucking air. Took me three days to figure that one out. :>(

The one thing they have common is the flex plate at the flywheel, drives every thing.

See if the PTO works.

I checked the pto and it seems to be holding good, didn't seem to want to slip. I put a guage in the outlets tonite and they have no pressure at all.
