Looking at an 806

Looking at a nice 806 gas. Wondering what I should be aware of. It is a nice tractor and everything works, rubber is not bad. Any particular problems that I should look at with this model.

Make sure the TA is good.Some times the shifters(range transmission) get worn and dont shift well.they can be updated to 56 series shifters.Then use your own good judgement as to the soundness of the rest of the machine.those 806s are damn good tractors-especialy the diesels.

Everything DeltRed said. And one other thing the gas engine isn't very fuel effient compared to the diesel.

yes very true the gas 806's like fuel.
