140 rollover plow

I am looking for the sleeve that goes in the carrier tube p/n 541383R1 the dealer says they are not available anymore, so I was wondering who made the plow was it ih or could I try to find the part from another mfr.... I know that sometimes other companies build equipment them.
Any help would be appericiated.

Arts-Way now owns all the tooling;and makes the 'IH' plow.there are several new IH/ArtsWay plows in the 'rich'areas on the other side of the valley.I have no idea who is the local dealer.The closest CIH dealer is 350+ miles away.

I believe IH built that plow.

You don't happen to have an owners manual do you? I have searched every where for one without luck. CNH doesn't even have a copy.

Where do you live to be that far from a CaseIH dealership? I didn't know they had that kind of "holes" in their coverage.

I assumed you meant a rollover plow for the little 140 tractor. It is a 1-F11 plow, which I can't find the manual for. I didn't realize there was a "140" plow.
