Eaton now owns Charlynn, but I doubt they carry parts for those old units, but it might be worth checking into... contact them through their website, perhaps?

That being said, what parts do you need... "O" rings for the main body joints as well as the shaft seal can be gotten as "off-the-shelf" generic parts.

BT, DT, but a LONG time ago.

I picked up another pump like that a couple of years ago, and haven't had time to clean it up/check it out yet, I would be interested to hear what you find out in your parts search.

They are lucky if they carry parts for stuff they made 5 years ago. When Eaton bought Cessna, one of the first things they did was get rid of parts and tooling to support older components... no doubt did the same with CharLynn.

Have you typed in CHAR-LYNN they will have all the parts you need. On mine when i put the two haves together i use the Blue cement instead of the gasket they sell. I have the parts book for those unints and use a couple of them great pumps good pressure and flow.

I'd bet the parts are NOT coming from Eaton. I helped dispose of a lot of Cessna parts and tooling within a year of Eaton buying us. They hated being bothered with old models. However, some of the parts probably went to someone that re-sold them. Many went to the local metal scrap place, and the same with tooling to make new parts. CharLynn may have disposed of their's differently, but I still put my money on Eaton not having them. Contracts usually specified a time limit that we had to keep tooling, but Cessna kept tooling long past the required time to support almost everything we built.

First off what makes you sure it needs repair. Fluch the old fluid out and replace with some 30wt and see if it works.

what is the possibility of getting a copy of your manual as I need to rebuild or replace O rings and would like to readup on it prior to dismantling my unit. My unit has a wine in it and leaks back while anything is connected to it even while running
