IH Loader - Restoration

I have an old IH trip loader on my Farmall M - does anyone know what color it was when it was new? It looks kind of like an orange now, but Im sure its faded.
Right where the arms start to turn down, I can barely make out the "International Harvester" logo, but cant find any numbers.
There has been a lot of old scrap angle and even mower blade chunks welded to it over the years, so I know Ill never get it pristine, but would like to at least have the color right.
Any help would be great.

I have 2 of those 34/Hm IH loaders. Grind the welded band-aids smooth and paint the loader IH red altho some buctets were painted white at the time. When I use white paint I prefer the white paint used on the 1206/1256 Farmall tractors. By the way those "band-aids" if prepared right will in my opinon will add to the loader (showing that it was a working tractor and a P.O. maintained it the best he could.) I also pefer looking at working-class tractors attatching implements with after-market upgrades and repairs as opposed to "trailor queens". Anybody can buy a fancy paint job and after a while the fancy tractors start to look alike and become boring. Armand
