McCormick No2 Husker-Shredder manual

I recently had an opportunity to rescue a No 2 Steel Husker-Shredder that is in great shape. In trying to find a manual for it, all I can find is a "service manual" that covers all huskers. I"m sure it could be of help, but does anyone know what I would be getting for $35? Are manuals available from a source that cannot be googled?
Also, what size tractor would it take to drive this thing? A or H? Last year I ran a No 4 with my M at a local show, but a H could have easily done it.
Thanks.

Yup as NC said.. Binder Books. They probably have it. I did search their Implement Inventory on the site and I did not see it. That does not mean that they do not have it though. I would send them an email and ask.

Thanks. I, too, did not see it listed on their site. But, as you suggested, I"ll email them.

Will an A run it or would a H be better?

I run mine with my Cub. But I am not feeding it, just running it so people can watch the belts go round. I have posters of the inner workings that I set up next to it when I am demonstrating it. I also get ear corn and throw it in the bed and have it run up the elvator and the kids try to catch it. Also, on hot days, they stand under the blower for a nice breeze.

Thanks.
I searched a little further and found "USDA Farmer's Bulletin 1586: The Husker-Shredder on Eastern Corn-belt Farms" (1928). In it a 2-roll husker-shredder is rated as requiring 8-10HP to operate it. That means an A is more than enough and a Cub would run it for real, too.
