Pictures of WD-9/W-9 Fenders Needed

The local junk yard has (what I believe to be) a WD-9 that just arrived. It is pretty picked over, but it has pretty nice fenders. They have some holes in them, but the back edges are all very straight. He wanted $100 for them. It seemed fair, but let me know.
I bought the hand crank off the tractor for mine and I called back and said I would like the fenders. Now that I look at my WD-9 at home the fenders look different. For starters there are tin plates that extend the area where you put your feet. (farmer mod or stock???) Then the fenders on my tractor look to mount just like Dave Ecklund's "painting progress" threads photos show. The one at the yard has pop rivets around the inside that mount it to the platform parts. I also don't remember seeing the angle thing that is on the frame of Dave's tractor in the pictures.
Any pictures of what a 9 fender should look like would be appreciated. BTW, the hand crank fit in the tractor perfectly but they may have used the same crank for the 6 and 9.

Sounds like maybe they are WR9 fenders. Do they come out over the tires with a band about 12 to 14" wide? Mine have/had pop rivets down on the bottom edge.

Look under tractor photos and search for 1947 WR9 Rice. That is mine.

No, they were still rounded like normal. A parts diagram page would probably solve the problem as well.

Here is your WR-9

Roger,

That is a great looking WR-9. The "Rice Field Special" 9's are my favorite IHC tractor of all times. Congradualations on your restoration. One small note, pop rivets were not used on your tractor, or any IHC tractor, in 1947. Someone added them later.

It must be a 9 because the rear platform goes all the way across and I see yours doesn't (below the PTO)

I'm still not sure about the mounts. I will have to look them over really well before I buy them.

At the time, IHC sometimes used solid rivets and sometimes hollow rivets in some applications, but not pop rivets. Those may be hollow rivets that are sometimes mistaken for pop rivets.

They must have been hollow. They were certainly not solid rivets.

I bought them and the foot plate things. The tractor still had the lift pump and injection pump on it. He said he would sell them for $40. That seemed ok. I think I will buy the pump to set on the shelf incase I need it someday. I could always use it as trade material.

Is this the only seat option available? I assume my seat is a farmer mod, but want to make sure.

EDIT - Addition

Here is what I have going on. It looks like the big spring is an add on. The junkyard seat is good so I may do that, too. Are the "steps" behind the normal platform extras as well? It looks like I don't have that fancy drawbar setup. Mine is setup the same as a row crop tractor.

I bought the foot boards (?) at the yard today as well. He got $10 each for them, but I guess they don't make them anymore. The left hand one is all welded up from the "steps."

Here is a shot of the fenders. Doesn't show much in the bed of the truck, but they look pretty straight compared to a lot that you see.
