Farmall 100 Hydraulic fluid in oil

Ok after checking into my loader lifting problems and filling it back up wit fluid and changing the oil I used the trator and checked the oil after the loader stopped lifting. well the engine oil smells like tranny fluid and the loader is low on oil. Ok the pump is bad? Can I rebuild the pump? replace it? or what went bad if it is leaking into the engine?

ok I see there are 3 different pumps if I pull mine off will I be able to see a make on it or how do I tell?
I see Cessna, Pesco, and Thompson. I was going to order parts today from work but Its hard to know. If I can get a IH part number off from it will it tell me the right parts to get?
 
Check the shaft where that seal rides to make sure it doesn't have a groove worn into the surface. You can use a speedi-sleeve to cover the worn surface if it does. Hal
