1953 Super C fast hitch with 3 pt adapter
1 good and 1 decent rear tires and junk on the front. Manual starter switch will not engage starter. It is missing part of the linkage that connects the pull rod to the starter switch. Hydralics, trans, clutch, radiator and brakes all work as they should and it carries good oil pressure. It has been converted to 12 volt with an alternator that is charging. it could use a hood and grill. Rims have no rust and wheel weights.
Pull starts or crank starts with no problems in 5 feet or two/three turns.
I paid 400 for it
My Red collection has increased to 6 with a 460D, 460G, 544G, 400G, 350LP and my first letter series tractor a Super C. I have a few molines also

how did you do? you want the truth or lies---both answers, not bad, lol....even four hundred, if running half way decent, ain't bad...couldn't buy for parts almost/anymore at that price.

A little TLC and it will look new. The J stand's
for Rockford clutch. Not sure what the D stands for. Hal

Don't know about the present, but saw the hitch with hydraulic valve sell for more than the tractor cost in the past.

You definitely got a good deal. However if I had it I would have to change those 100 inch axles (I would hate to cut them off). D means 5000 ft altitude pistons, in other words more compression.

I don't know about a C but an H or M with 100 inch axles, you can swap sides with the rear wheels and the dish takes care of the extra width.

C rear wheels are almost flat. But, what I meant was the axles, wheels or not take up too much space. I have 7 tractors in a 30X30 foot area. That's about 2 too many.

The extra length would make a difference in your situation. I have an H that had the long axles but someone cut them down before I got it. I would rather have had the long axles.
