1086 Problem

I Got into my 1086 today and noticed I had No Air cond fan. Kept messing with the switch and noticed I also had no digital dash, wipers, Nothing. The telites did light up as normal, the gauges worked and it cranked over just like normal. Just was wondering where to look for such a problem and what it may take to fix. TIA

When mine did that it was the key switch. Good Luck

Most likely cab relay. Down by fuses. Put a test lamp or volt meter on terminals. One big one should be live all the time. Other big one and small one should be live with switch turned on. If little one is dead with switch on work your way up to switch. If little one is live with switch on and other big one is still dead it is the relay.

I'll second the key switch. If that doesn't do it then the cab relay.

Cab relay. Flick the key switch on and off a few times to see it that will make it kick in and get things charged. Otherwise, turn the key on and tap on the relay. That might spring it to life too. Jim
