Farmall C ran great but 5 min after I shut it off the carb would start leaking. I took the carb (Carter UT) to a mechanic who put a kit in it. Now it does not leak but surges up and down real bad if speed up from idle to full throttle. It did not do that before the kit. It doesn't surge if you very slowly increase the speed. Any ideas? I am not sure what to adjust.
My other issue is the throttle lever itself. I have to move it about half way up or more before motor begins to speed up from slow idle. I do not see an adjustment for that. Any help is appreciated.
